Today is my first day of exposure to my ward..
From 8.30 am to 18.00 pm. The working hours
for orientation is hectic and tiring.
Swear that my legs is tiring and breaking apart..
Luckily there's aircon in my ward, =)
I'm happy for now.. at least my first day is not as scary.
They are nice people down there..
Hopefully they will continue to be nice for the next 2 years.
BUT , my NM is changing.. hopefully he's also good ..
Lots of things I will need to adapt .
I'm trying very hard. I'm scare.
I know I must be independent, i'm trying.
Now i know why God's put me there.
Compare to others, I'm already counted lucky already.
To be posted to such a nice condition ward.
But, also double work. 27 beds, but only 1/2 EN per shift.
Gosh, that's a bad news.
Anyway, I'm quite happy with it. scary scary .
